FAQ for Students
1. What does a marching band do exactly?
We perform at a ton of events throughout the school year. Every year we'll play Santa Claus Parades and varsity sports games, as well as other events that come our way, such as Toronto Raptors Half-Time shows or a New Year's Eve Concert with Serena Ryder.
2. How much are membership fees?
There is no annual membership fee! All members are required to pay a $40 deposit, but this is returned to you, provided that your assigned uniform and instrument is undamaged.
3. Do I have to bring my own instrument?
No! MMB has a wide variety of brass, woodwind, and percussion instruments that are free for our members.
4. Do I have to pay for my uniform?
Nope! MMB has uniforms of all sizes and you'll be assigned a full set before your first event.
5. When are rehearsals?
MMB meets every week during the school year on Mondays, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, at St. Paul's Anglican Church. More information on St. Paul's can be found on our join page.

1. Can we hire MMB for an event?
To get the ball rolling to hire MMB, get in touch with your event details!
2. How much does hiring MMB cost?
It depends based on the event, date, and location. Drop us a line and we can provide a quote.
3. How many performers do you have?
We typically perform with 25-30 musicians. If your event requires more or less, do let us know and we'll see what we can do.
